Carli got something for Christmas 2004 that she's wanted for some time now. A bird.

We went to the local pet store to look at the Cockatiels. They had just gotten in some Love Birds that we just winged. One was the most beautiful yellow, it looks like a fake bird, the colors are just amazing. Once we saw them it was obvious at once that this is what she wanted.

The bird has been named Pretty Bird. When on Carli's shoulder Pretty Bird likes to get behind her head, under her hair. Then it sticks its head out to look around. It also likes to get on top of her head.

It really is a Pretty Bird.
