Sasha and Gretchen

Sasha and Gretchen are our dogs. They are Jagd Terriers, pronounced "yack" terriers. They are sisters and have been together since birth. We've had them about 3 years now.

Sasha (on the right) is the serious one and Gretchen is the goofy licker. Based on their behavior it's hard to imagine they're related. Their looks are very different also. Gretchen is wire haired and her ears stand up. Sasha is smooth haired and her ears flop over.

Their day consists mostly of barking at people walking in the neighborhood and chasing squirrels in the backyard. What a life.
