Fred

Everyone, meet Fred. Fred is a Crested Gecko. I must admit that I am the one responsible for this aquisition.

Fred will make a nice addition to the family. Fred came from a local pet store that takes good care of its animals. They handle the animals (where it's warranted) enough so they aren't afraid of people.

I know a lot of people are just down right scared of reptiles and amphibians. I can understand this to a point. But let me tell you, as far as pets go they can't be beat. At least compared to other fur and feather bearing animals. Yes, I know birds are reptiles but they have an Aggrevation Factor of about 9 out of 10 as far as I'm concerned.

Fred is great, this is going to be fun. He looks like one of the animals on the latest Star Wars movies. He looks as though he'd be hard and course feeling but in reality he's quite soft, like a thin fine leather.

We welcome Fred and look forward to a mutually enjoyable future.
