This plugin will take lines of selected text and make them into a <ul></ul> or <ol></ol> list.

Here is an example of mcMakeList output:

After installing this plugin into HTML-Kit, select/highlight all of the lines you wish to make into a list. Then click the mcMakeList button on the "Tools" tab.
